Our venison is locally sourced and can be traced back to the field it was harvested from.
Hung in our chillers to break down the enzymes and mature the flavour, your deer will be prepped to your requirements and can be delivered to your door.
We can supply

Full deer with fur on, cleaned inside, delivered to your chiller. (Fallow, Roe, or Muntjac)
